For quite a while I looked for a decent and easy help system to integerate
into Delphi projects, and there was over the years a bit of talk on the
whole thing. From many of the ideas expressed in the past in this group, and

Very nice Paul, thanks for sharing. I've used .RC files before to
include other things as resources in executables, but what you've shared
looks like a great use for it.

Hi Richard,
I'm about to embark on the big adventure of installing Delphi 2007 here at
Satara. I have a Codegear CD /DVD which says it includes Update1. Do I
need to download or otherwise acquire any further service packs/updates? If
so could you tell me where to get them please.

They removed the dll method. Which is why it was a pain to upgrade to
it to fix the crashes in CR8.5.
It supposedly has a feature of standalone reports, which may do the job
for you... I have never played with it though.

I forgot to mention that initially I overlooked the need to recompile the
project rather than just F9 (Run) the project from the IDE when anything new
is added to the .RC, or the new material will not be availble as Delphi is
not set up to monitor changes to the .RC even if it is included as a
12 matches
