you did not intend in there.
1) The section has been incompletely removed - there is a

After many difficulties encountered with the new version of Denemo and my
azerty keyboard, I have ( on the advice of Richard) created a set of new basic
shortcuts suited for french azerty keyboard. It works very well now. If it can
be useful to anyone the corresponding default.shortcuts file
