[Denovoassembler-users] Does the read length ave to be the same?

I think I read it in one of the other mails, but do all the reads have to have the same length? Because ray crashes for me, when I put a trimmed (different sizes) single-end fastq file into it. -- Rapidly troubleshoot p

Ooops, please disregard :/. I tried to process a bigger file, which I had concatenated from some smaller, prefiltered files, and it seems that one of these ended up being binary (no clue why). My assembly is running for now, although I can't exclude more errors to appear ^^. So sorry for the ema
