Source header changes committed, revision 429820.
Also, in this cleanup I spotted that the copyright, notice, and license files
that were in
derby/site/trunk/src/documentation/content/xdocs/manuals should have been
moved last year with the document source to derby/docs/branches/10.0. Moved
these files with revisions 430428, 430429, and 430430.
