Hi all,
Now that Sveinn posted her results ... I see the problem (yes, even
with the PDF's linked to).
I tried to coerce Inkscape into giving me useful EPS files ... but it
doesn't look like it can. Thus, here's my try at helping: I exported
it to a srsly large PNG. It is still in RGB mode, but
Unfortunately it still doesn't work (it is for a really large poster) :(
Do you know if there is a high resolution eps (vector) logo in circulation
somewhere ?
Many thanks,
Isabelle

Hi Isabelle,
Sorry for my ignorance, but what's the problem with scaling the
provided EPS up? Isn't it the whole point of vector images that you
can make them as big or small as you want them with the only possible
quality loss coming from the thing they're displayed with (here dots

Stefan, first of all thank you so much for replying.
You are absolutely right, a vector file scales to large sizes.
Unfortunately, the eps that was very kindly generated by Alexander is a
raster file, so when we blow it to a large size it is heavily pixelized. The
file I need a proper vector

Ladies and gentlemen,
You can work with svg, worked well for me in Illustrator.
Install the font Vegur.

I don't have Vegur, would you be able to send it to me as a vector eps?

Unfortunately the SVG file on the wiki isn't large enough.
It says on the wiki that by asking the design team, it might be possible to
get an EPS vector format (CMYK color model). That is the sort of file that
I really need. Unfortunately, all the logos available on the wiki are not
suitable for
Tested the EPS in Scribus; yes, the EPS preview is unusually
pixelated BUT when output to PDF evrything is smooth.
Eliminated some non-essential layers:
