Hi all, I see improvements and I see shortcomes. I'm no specialist, just want to point things that jump to my eye. First, I agree with most of Niklas comments. I see some hidden changes we probably wouldn't want included: Calibri font in many styles, odd margins in default page, custom styles

On the final version of Windows 8, the transparency effects in Aero are going to be turned off entirely it seems. Office 2012 already dropped the transparent frame entirely, and Visual Studio 2012 also has a custom window frame. If we can implement a soft and Metro-influenced look for the Windows
