I think we should keep it as it is, for two reasons: (a) it's good to consistently have the number at the bottom be both (i) the amount actually charged and (ii) the sum of the numbers above it, and (b) when there are multiple pledges the number in parentheses will show the sum of them, so when in a later month you see either "Part of $2.80 postponed..." or "Amount postponed... $2.80" you can easily match that up to the ($2.80) it corresponds to.
