I've now drafted all the core items for the needs of the page for each project here:

Lets discuss from here and 1. come to consensus about the full final spec 2. figure out which parts of the spec to aim for by SCALE 3. among the MVP, SCALE items, prioritize 4. assign / claim tasks So we're at step 1 still despite having some good stuff to start with there. Everyone, please help us finalize that step ASAP. We can use the *chat* part of the etherpad, some posting on this email list is acceptable, and we can do IRC and video chats wherever appropriate.
