[Design-team] Re: Mindshare commitee nominations

2019-03-21 Thread Nick Bebout
I previously posted about this on February 27 to both the Design Team and
the Websites mailing lists. The only reply I received was from Rick Elrod
(relrod on IRC, codeblock in FAS). He is interested in serving on the
Mindshare committee as the Design/Web representative. He has been
maintaining our websites for the past few releases. I believe he would be
a good representative.

The Mindshare committee is currently voting on this appointment and intend
to select him if there are no objections.

Please let us know if you have any comments/concerns.

[Design-team] Mindshare commitee nominations

2019-02-27 Thread Nick Bebout
Hi,

Maria Leonova has asked to be replaced on the Mindshare committee. I would
like to call for nominations for who would like to serve on this committee
to represent the design/web teams. The seat is representing both teams, so
after nominations, if there is not consensus, we may need to have some sort
of election.

Please reply if you are interested.

[Design-team] Re: New badge review: BrickHack 2016

2016-02-19 Thread Nick Bebout
I did not know two design team members had to approve it, I thought it was just
one, and I am in design-team group and thought the design looked ok, so I
pushed it. I didn't notice the issue with the gradient.

2016-02-19 Thread Nick Bebout
Yes, once a revised version gets made, it's easy for me to replace it in
the git repo which will update the copy on the badges site.

[Design-team] New designs for Fedora T-shirts

2012-04-18 Thread Nick Bebout
Hi,

We discussed at the Fedora Ambassadors North America meeting that we'd
like to order some more t-shirts, but we'd like to possibly use a
different design this time. Would anyone care to come up with some ideas?

Thanks,

Nick

[Design-team] Introduction

2012-01-29 Thread Nick Bebout
Hi, I guess I should send my introduction to the list. I've helped
with a few design team tasks already, like making the FUDCon Blacksburg
signs, and making a new Ambassadors North America logo, etc. I don't
really have much experience with design, but am learning.

Here are the templates for the company that produces our media for Fedora
Ambassadors North America (FAmNA).

We'll be needing the multiarch live and the multiarch install sleeves and
cd labels for Fedora 16.

The drafts look great!

Thanks,

Nick

You may also access a copy of this source code at:
