There is no way to 'unfocus' a widget. The window manager handle this for us.
In button mode it gets unfocused because the focused window disappears so the
WM puts the focus into the 'next' application having a focus capability. When

I have the same problem here with my Palm Zire 21.
I didn't try the libusb solution yet.
It seems like i can do a sync once, and when i try it the second time my

Yes, I noticed this as well. If I restart gpilot via the gpilot-applet,
it quite often starts to work again. Deleting the config in the gnome-
pilot settings and entering them again also sometimes help. Very weird
(and annoying).

I had the same problem with my Sony Clie (PEG-S360). A soft reset was
(fortunately) enough on the Clie, it would not make me lose any data.
Setting the timeout to 0 on gpilotd made my Clie synchronize again. It has

Ah, ok that works. The acceleration issue I mentioned is just it
complaining about not supporting Xv if you try to enable it.

I have also reported this bug to gnome bugs and the bug has been fixed
in cvs. So you can consider the bug as confirmed. The number of the bug

I logged in twice as the same user (using change user in logout screen) and
/usr/lib/evolution/2.8/evolution-alarm-notify crashed in the second session at
startup.
I tried to run it a second time in a gnome-session (it's launched within

And I have the same problem, no dbus communication as it seems. However
my installation is a customized, thus not commenting much yet.

I think rapidos says that if you launch something that doesn't complete in your
personal gnome session settings, you cannot recover from it graphically.
Can you confirm this rapidos ?
If this is the thing you want to report, I don't confirm this behaviour.
Maybe it changed on gnome 2.16 / edgy.
