I am afraid it is not fixed. Selecting On Top from WM pull-down menu still
doesn't make a tick appear next to On Top position in Totem's View menu.
I've tested it on Totem 2.16.x and 2.17.5 (backported by hand to edgy) with
Metacity 2.16.x and 2.17.5 and Beryl 0.1.99. Neither of these
