Ok, I have just read a lot about file size limitations on FAT32 being
4GB - before I post a dup bug while copying a 6GB file to an SMB share
(the underlaying FS is ext3 AFAIK) should SMBFS have a problem with
files 2GB??

My Feisty installation including evolution 2.10.1 also has this problem.
All system defaults (including /etc/papersize) and all printers default
to Letter. All applications (including OO.org aps, Firefox, T'Bird,
acroread, and even command-line printing to lpr correctly print to
letter size.
I use the default configuration since i've installed the 7.04 on my PC.
I'haven't done an upgrade from my 6.10 , i have installed a version ( i
don't like upgrading.and i don't know really why ?)

My computer has been operational for 3 days now. I have had Beryl
running but have been using firefox much less. When I leave my computer
on overnight I make sure I close firefox and when I check my pc the next
day, my computer is still running. Usually its completely frozen. I'm

My problem is pretty consistent. I'm running Feisty Fawn and have
noticed an evolution hang when I single-click on the from address in
an open mail. I discovered this by accident. I would normally just click
reply, but I thought at a mimimum evolution should open a new window
BTW, since the program only hangs and never blows up, there is never a
crash report created.

Hi, it is GRUB issue, you can successfuly boot into ubuntu with 8800
video card, if you disable splash screen in /boot/grub/menu.lst :)
