It is definately a HUGE memory leak. As soon as I view that folder,
nautilus memory usage starts to ramp up at about 100MB/s until I am

A temporary (windows like :P ) solution I use is:
unmount the drive/partition
delete the wanted folders in /media/
remount partition (or doubleclick the partition icon on left, in nautilus)
