I use Ubuntu Jaunty (alpha3) with latest updates. In general,
gnome-settings-daemon crashes when I press hotkey button at laptop for switch
to second monitor; after log out or xserver restart gnome-settings-daemon works
well, but after first crash and for now Menu-Log Out/Shut Down
In Xubuntu, this can only be seen the first time you open gedit, since
if you unmark stick, the way it works changes. I also see this in
Jaunty 9.04 on the 32-bit installation, verified on a new installation
on 01-20-2009.
