What do I need to enable, exactly, please? In the View menu I go to
subtitles and it is empty.
In the case of .VOB the subtitles are contained in the same file as the

A month ago Evolution suddenly didn't want to start anymore. Nothing
displayed. dmesg shows evolution[8484]: segfault at 0 ip
7f6a831a5092 sp 7fff97d1bf98 error 4 in

This is still true after the fix for this bug is a

tagged this bug so I am definitely not the only one. Drag-drop happens
frequently by mistake with touchpad, when touching it to move the

for me this is as simple as
1. place the draged icon where it was dropped
2. if there is already one or more icons that ocupy the space that will be
required by the dragged icon, make space on the surrounding of the final
dragged file (moving all the icons on the area if required) to acomodate t

Thanks for the hint, it works now after having configured Video/Default
Output/Plugin to "X Window System (No Xv)" in gstreamer-properties ("Multimedia
Systems Selector").
Videocard is "Intel Corporation 82852/855GM Integrated Graphics Device"; driver
"i915".

Not the first one, I keep running into it too. Nice functionality but gets
in the way more often when you do it by accident.
Works on any pdf that I've seen.
