an non-unity wm (wmii). When the lid is closed in unity, suspend works,

I have a google talk account and a jabber.se account. These accounts have added
each other as contacts and both are logged on in (the same) empathy.

Nautilus is slow to load even when loading an empty folder. Takes longer
to open a folder with a more than 6 folders in it. Even longer to load
the home folder first or going back to home folder. When I say slow to
load, I mean 30 seconds when loading home or
I have uninstalled gdm and reinstalled lightdm and it didn't change
anything.
Right now I've decided to come back to gdm. it works. Not as smooth as in
previuos version.. but works at all.
With gdm when I use switching user applet - system first shows the locked
screen then I have to click on

i noticed that nautilus on Ubuntu 11.10 show all files with wrong
calculated size
for example
when i have the ISO file of Ubuntu Server AMD64 , the real size is 682MB , but
nautilus shows the file with 715MB , so i opened the properties and saw the
bytes 715,436,032 bytes

I don't believe this is a dupe of bug #787465? I'm not using Unity - in
fact I'm on gnome-session-fallback, and this problem relates directly to
gnome-terminal.

I've got the same problem. Also, for me, it never ever find any lyrics
form any sites. I have manually checked for a tune that is on the
astraweb.com website.
