I apparently move terminal windows less than other people :) So coming
to raring soon, backport for quantal sounds like a good idea. If you
want to do it, branch lp:ubuntu/quantal/gnome-terminal, add the patch
and test that it works (bzr builddeb + dpkg -i), propose for merging

12.10) updates repository - updated version fixes very important bug
#780117 (Brasero finishes without error but unusable media[on-the-fly
mode] (Ubuntu 11.04 -12.04)) and now most people can burn DVDs
As system-config-printer works, it must be a bug in the GNOME printer
setup tool.
I have never done anything on the code of the tool. Marek Kasik from Red
Hat is working on it upstream. I have informed him now.

When building documentation for a library, gtk-doc generates a program
in C for introspection of documentation from the library's code. This
generated code includes a call to g_type_init, and with the new version
of glib, causes a compilation warning/error due to use of the
