shows the messages except the last one if it was received after closing

power saving HIBERNATE for YEARS in Ubuntu without any problems. This is
the sort of smug action that alienates potential users keen to migrate
from Windows, where hibernate works just fine. I'm currently sticking
with 12.04,
This bug also messes with tools like FileZilla, preventing it from
authenticating with a password. The keyes get tried first, even if they
aren't keys for that server, so that it fails before it can even get
around to trying the password.

system default in /etc/systemd/logind.conf. If you still don't like that

and I've been selecting auto-login during installation of the OS.
I now notice that going to System Settings User Accounts and changing
the automatic login status from on to off has no effect. Since it

problems anymore. I have tried multiple times to mount and unmount with some
reboots in between.

Every time I log in to my Ubuntu computer user profile, one or two indicators
are missing from the panel. Someitmes it's bluetooth, sometimes it's the time,
today it's the power off button. No crashes Ubuntu reports seem to be related
to this. I am running Ubuntu 13.10
Testing the proposed version, it does fix the issue

I really wonder why there are so few developers take this kind of bugs
serious, they are a lot more important than some other like making
Nautilus so dome fancy stuff :) Everyday usage is a lot more important
that some fancy things, it is this that keeps people here or go to some
other OS /

before `gsettings` the following lines/commands:
PID=$(pgrep gnome-session)
export DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS=$(grep -z DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS
/proc/$PID/environ|cut -d= -f2-)
You will not need anymore to use in your crontab
