If I start logrotate, does it keep the gnome session.log not growing? If
you have to start it several times, it is quite unconvinient. Would it
then be more easy to install KDE plasma or gnome desktop. Or does the
buf influence the gnome also, not just Unity?

The fix is verified in Saucy. I was able to install Canon MP160 and
print a test page without any problems.

Please, no. It'd be a workaround which might not even completely fix the

The first bug is the dialog itself. Why is there such a dialog? It's not
