I have ubuntu 16.04 and evolution 3.18.5.2, and the preview pane in classic or
vertical view, is really small, you can't even see the complete header with
that size!!, and there's no option to resize any section of evolution. The fix

Yes, I received warnings that I had trouble with Google authentication.
I do not understand what that Google authentication means. I hacked
away at the problem, but to no effect. Anyways, I now use the Lightning
calendar within Thunderbird Mail. I cut and paste information contained

Print via lpr is fine, via xpdf all is fine, but evince does not print part of
