I actually discovered the root cause. GnuTLS doesn't work with iOS.
Rebuilding the package using OpenSSL resolves this issue.

FYI: I cannot reproduce this. I'm also on 16.10, both the file browser
and gnome-terminal does respect System Settings -> Mouse & Touchpad ->

We're at the end of 2016 and it's still impossible to browse nfs shares
through nautilus, even though this is supported since version 1.23 of
gvfs. What's keeping gvfsd-nfs out of the gvfs-backends package?

In 16.04 and later any installed snaps show as loop devices in Disks.
While it is indeed a loop device I think it would be tidier if we could
not show the snaps.

Happens to me on a fresh install of 16.04.1. The progress dialogue was
there until I hit Show Desktop - no keyboard shortcuts bring it back -
right-click launcher in Unity panel and "Show Copy Dialogue" does
absolutely nothing - I do not have an arrow-in-folder app-indicator on
the top panel -
This is fixed for me on Ubuntu 16.04.
I do not have this bug anymore.
