It looks like this is happening by far the most often with
3.20.1+git20160617.1.0440874.ubuntu-xenial-0ubuntu1~16.04.1. I don't
really know why so many people are still running that outdated version,
but the numbers from e.u.c. look like it might be fixed or at least
better with a new version.
