Hi,
since the update to Ubuntu 17.04 evolution crashes most times having
fetched new mail (segfault). Evolution also crashes trying to disable
the plugin evolution-indicator. After uninstalling the package
evolution-indicator everything's back to normal.

would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers
of the software by following the instructions at
lightdm does support GNOME on Wayland. It doesn't currently work on a
default Ubuntu (Unity) 17.04 install because of LP: #1632772 but that
was "fixed" in 17.10 by removing unity8 from the archives. (You're
welcome to remove unity8 from your computer as a workaround.)

Using Ubuntu 17.04 and gnome-shell 3.24.1-0ubuntu on an HP laptop with
an ASUS screen, I have the screen to the right of the laptop on the desk
and set back so that *visually* the ASUS screen is to the right and
about 50% up from the laptop screen.

started happening with kernel 4.12.0-rc
if I plug in an external screen, configure the layout, than when I
disconnect and reconnect the layout is reset to the default.
if I boot back to 4.10.X all works fine.

nautilus does not preserve directory ownership when moving to another
I also have a similar issue, however it seems to be only triggered when
using Telerik Fiddler (a Mono app, which is in beta for Linux). I assume
there is a bug in Fiddler, but it shouldn't make the mouse unresponsive
for the whole system.
When the issue occurs, the mouse is unresponsive though
