Ok, so the issue there was triggered by kernel changes, you can read the
details in the commit message of the GNOME fix

The fix is in gnome-settings-daemon 3.38.2 in impish, bluez also
requires a similar fix which is being
Usually bugs like this happen when the system detects different monitor
capabilities, so it thinks it has a different monitor setup and reverts
to a default arrangement.
Please try running:
xrandr
before and after sleeping, and then compare the results.
