Thanks for the bug report. Firstly please check that all monitors are
turned on because often the login screen appears on a different monitor
to what you want, and the rest will be blank. Then assuming that's not
the problem, please run:
lspci -kv > lspci.txt
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

Yes it's a different extension in 21.04 onward. Different codebase and
different (hopefully fewer) bugs.
