Printing on the same system with the old xpdf application does not show
the issue : that is top margin is exactly what is defined in the
document.

Printing with an Epson R320 with Ubuntu R320 on Intel x32 arch, whatever
the software used to print : Open Office or Document Viewer , top margin
is almost null and does not react to printer properties. Left and rigth
margins are ok.
