poppler nss signature support - v4
Minor changes fixing what Albert pointed out.
Fixed bug in countSignatures() for documents without signatures
pdfsigverify does go through all code paths up to PDFDoc, it doesn't go
up to poppler-doccument.
But we do have a patch for

So here I tried fixing most memory leaks.
André Guerreiro implemented the cmake way of pkgconfig.
