Resizing columns on the processes tab results in heavy disk write

Resizing any of the columns on the processes tab in gnome-system-monitor
results in heavy disk write activity by dconf-service. This also happens
in my installation of ubuntu 12.04.
This does not occur when resizing the columns on the File Systems tab.

This problem no longer seems be happening after I have updated this
morning.

I was told to file a bug report against gstreamer from my original bug
report Bug #849474 about Cheese.
When trying to open Cheese the GUI does not appear and the proccess for
Cheese starts to use up ram at a very fast rate.

Pressing the delete key does not move the file to the trash bin.
When delete is pressed nothing happens at all.
Pressing Shift+Del does allow you to permanently delete the file.

In Classic Desktop when I right click the main menu to add a menu item
to the panel the 'add to panel/desktop' menu appears behind the main
menu. If I then left click the menu item is added to the panel like
normal as if the 'add to panel

rhythmbox 0.12.8 does not crash anymore when trying to access the files
from the MP3 device, but it still comes shows the red circle with white
line through it. When i click on it a msg box shows with:
Playback Error
No filename specified for reading.
