What I get in Dapper is that this patch correctly fixed the incorrect
time inside Evolution (for Pacific/Vancouver time zone). So If I go in
Evolution-Calendars, the red line indicating the current time is now
correct (it wasn't before). As for individual appointment, they are now
MOSTLY
I can confirm this on Dapper using the Pacific/Vancouver timezone.

background, the preview of the background you get corresponds to the
Lagoon background similar to the one in Dapper, but the actual

yup, it's caused by the kludge for #42115. the reasoning was that this
problem affects
far fewer people (only those in UTC+12 or greater) than the previous problem.
Since I'm UTC-7 (west coast time of North America), I would suggest that
possibly this problem affects more people than
ignore my previous comment: I now get it (42115 in Dapper affected
more people than 66028 in Edgy...)

I have a similar problem in Dapper, but it is reversed: if I double-
click on a day in the applet-calendar, I get the PREVIOUS day in
evolution. Single click only show that day inside the applet.
But that's in Dapper. Is Edgy, it works fine. I'm in the
America/Vancouver time zone.

This is solved in Dapper. By default, gnome-cups-manager offer LPT
#1 as the default printer port. The special ports (CANON and EPSON)
are still available, but only in the drop-down menu.
So I'll mark this bug solved. I guess the upstream gnome bug report
should probably be closed as well.

The about box works for me (but on a i386 architecture).
If you run gnumerics from the command line, then try to select the about
menu option, do you get any error that could explain your problem?

I have a similar problem on my laptop: after creating a swap partition,
I can try hibernate once, but this willl then corrupt the swap file.
