Public bug reported:
This is similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-

One time when I was running evolution I was deleting several messages
very rapidly. It's possible that one or more of these might have had
over 1,500 people in the To: line. While I was doing this, evolution
crashed.
Now, whenever I open up evolution it will crash after

Sorry for omitting that. I'm on edgy running the most recent packages
(evolution 2.7.92-0ubuntu3 and e-d-s 1.7.92-0ubuntu2). I did not have

Evolution crashes on opening evolution
I was able to find the email that was causing the crash. I've pulled it
out of the Inbox file and have taken out the huge To: line and it still
causes the crash. To import this into evolution, drag-n-drop seems to

I've also managed to trim down the message and confirm that it's
crashing for me because of the same problem.

This seems to be because the various files inside, for example, in
/usr/share/themes/Silicon, the gtkrc should go in the gtk-2.0 subfolder,
and *.png as well as metacity-theme-1.xml should go in the metacity-1
subfolder. Fairly simple to fix, but annoying nonetheless.
