Empathy does not remember group expansion state

When launching the Empathy IM client, after setting Empathy to display
contacts in groups, all groups are expanded regardless of their previous
state. This is a problem for organizations that have many users that use
IM internally.

Not sure why this is still marked as incomplete. Bug notes it will
expire in 12 days from now. It would be disappointing to still
experience the bug and see this report expire.

Just to add my comments to the din-
I think "Foldername", "User's Folder", and then "Home" would be my
preference in order. I think adding "folder" is redundant and not
needed. As already stated, there is a folder icon already notifying the
user that this is, in fact, a folder.

I can confirm this issue. It appears the applet's hover status hangs.
Mine is currently stuck at 82.5% with 3 hours 15 min remaining. When I
left-click the icon, I see that I have 61% free.
