@Chris: We can also argue that having a global menu for anything make
the user maximize because this user don't want to move his mouse all
over his desk to only reveal a menu ...
I know I feel this problem, and I maximize nothing. Having this option
(use global menu only for maximized windows)

more ...

I have find because it is too long to load.
If i boot up my computer it doesn't work.
But if i logout and I relogin it work, because compiz and gnome-panel
are already in memory.
I think a sleep 2 in the good place can correct this problem !

7zip is the only multi threaded files archiver.
Extracting a 7zip file with multi-threading activated is really faster
(CPU at 2x100%).
and file-roller doesn't use this feature for extraction, but it use it
to make a 7zip archive.
