No Martin, the patch you mention above not fix arabic problem in my
system, I believe Windows 1256 character need to be added to Evolution
to solve the problem.

No Arabic ISO 8859-6 not working for me too, and in the attachment find
an email as example.

I can open it with MS-Outlook, and I can read it too when I select
Windows-1256, you can subscribe in this group
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/zeemall/) to get arabic emails from them
as example, emails comes from that group normally I cannot read it with
Evolution but I can with MS-Outlook when
