Previously, due to a hard disk error, libnss3.so was missing - which caused nm-applet and empathy not to start. After a forced reinstall of libnss3 both started working again yesterday but tomorrow, after my system resumed from standby, I only got the message that empathy had crashed.
So, maybe a standby (suspend-to-ram) can trigger this bug as well? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to empathy in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/806773 Title: empathy crashed with SIGABRT in raise() To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/806773/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
