[Bug 697659] [NEW] video is contantly paused and cannot be started and played

Public bug reported: Ubuntu 10.10 GStreamer 0.10.30 Totem 2.32.0 I wanted to play an xvid video, but it didnt start. It seems to be constantly paused and cannot be played. However I can jump on the timeline and the actual video frame shows up correctly. It just does not play. ProblemType: Bug
