Built in display resets to 200% and move to right hand side of external
display on reboot.

Display scale and layout
Not working for me either.
I have dual screen setup as below:
Built in display 2560x1440 set to 125% on the left of an HDMI 1920x1080
set to 100% scaling. External display is primary.
