When having two display managers installed in Oneiric, and uninstalling the
currently active one, the remaining one doesn't get enabled. Upon next boot, no
display manager will be started despite there is one installed.

Auto-login is enabled in /etc/gdm/custom.conf (enabled in System
Settings or on Live CD). GDM starts on boot, but crashes immediately and
the system drops to a console. There doesn't seem to be any useful
information in the log files.

Yelp displays the Unity user guide even on a system with only Gnome Shell
installed. Insted it should display the Unity guide in Unity sessions and the
Gnome guide in Gnome sessions. Currently the default page seems to be
hard-coded.
Sadly I do not know how to get the
I just checked on the Oneiric Live CD. The environment variable
XDG_CURRENT_SESSION is either Unity or GNOME, so using that for
differentiating between the session types should be very easy.

Currently, videos aren't imported in F-Spot. If someone doesn't know
about this, he may delete all the data on the camera and then find out
that a video is missing. I think that this will not only happen to

As a workaround, it's possible to create a Readcd/Readom image using
Brasero and burning this image afterwards. But sadly this is far from a
good solution for novice users.
