[Bug 240208] [NEW] e-mail send error appears everytime a send/receive is done

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution when I erroneously attepmted to send an e-mail to a website instead of an e-mail address, I received the error message "error while performing operation". I corrected the send address and my e-mail was received. now, every time I click the sen
