VirtualBox, and time format for Colombia is OK, no problem.

Maybe, the right thing to do is to make two different folders, one for
Graphics, and another for Photographs

Thanks Sebastien, it's is not a bug, is a feature.. If you cant change
the format, don't show the option. So, the problem is just of langpack-
locales, not gnome-panel.
