I've put a copy of my lspci, if it can help. As I've explained, I use KDE with driver nvidia-glx-new. The theme I use is kde-window-decorator, but the same thing actually occurs with Emerald as a window decorator, or with gtk-window-decorator. Note that it does not happens on the first startup

I think I've found a remaining issue : Start KDE, then start Compiz. Everything should be fine. Now logout from KDE, and login with the same user, and set the KDEWM environment variable to /usr/bin/compiz --replace in your .bash_profile. The bug reappears. I think it's a memory issue because
