This got fixed yesterday in bug 1565617, so I'm marking this a

Well, don't shoot the messenger :-) ib_iser.ko is in linux-image-extra
which we (consciously) don't install on cloud images. So please fix the
cloud image builds or cloud-init (whichever it is) to not add the module
to /etc/modules by default, unless you actually install linux-image-
extra.

Actually /usr/share/doc/udev/README.Debian.gz does mention it, in the
"custom net interface naming" section.

That would be a grave bug indeed. "Recommends" are pretty strong, and
I'd consider a system without any recommends as pretty broken. I retitle
the bug accordingly for now.
** Summary changed:
- ssh sessions don't run in session
This got fixed in xenial's udev by making it understand the
"deconfigure" argument. But this would need to be retroactively fixed in
wily in the *old* version which we cannot do unfortunately.

I'm afraid there is not enough log information here to see what actually
went wrong. Please run "sudo apt-get install --reinstall libgudev-1.0-0"
to clean up. Thanks!
