One of the advantages of tools like Empathy is the ability to support a
multi-service situation. It allows me to run a single app, and connect
to any service I need.
So does pidgin. And it supports OTR.

Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
System Monitor graphs CPU, RAM, and Network utilization, but its File
Systems tab only shows space used, not I/O (requests/sec, KB/sec, etc).
Please make it so System Monitor will display Disk I/O (blocks/KB
read/written per device)

Toast on Mac will create .Sd2f files by default, though saving as
bin/cue will work as well.
It would be nice to be able to handle everything anyone can throw at me,
especially in emergency situations.
Please add Sd2f support to the wishlist.
