Using the same version of gnome-control-center on amd64 on an HP
Elitebook 8460p, I cannot confirm this bug, it works fine for me.
Can you confirm that you are talking about the Simulated Secondary
Click feature under Universal Access (which I assumed it what you
meant)?

also closed 7 months ago as non-repro so I think this has been fixed.
