I had the same problem in 13.10 and still exists in 14.04 32bit. When
just one window is opened and minimised, clicking on nautilus icon on
launchbar will opens a new window instead of maximising the minimized
window.
It really doesn't matter which folder is opened. It always happens.

Exactly now, i reproduce the crash, with copy/paste (ctrl+c/ctrl+v) to a
shared directory on samba and nautilus crashed again. Apport was not
actived and there isn't any file in /var/crash.

How can i describe steps?
It's working fine before upgrading from Gutsy to Hardy, after upgrading
it doesn't work. Checked that it was marked in layout preferences, try
to remove the mark, then close the windows and again mark it, but
nothing happened!
