This are the things I did that caused it:
-On mistake, I moved the Inbox folder to some other folder.
-I didn't realize it, and when I saw it had dissapeared, I closed evolution and
opened it again. I had my Inbox as a child of other folder, and another (empty)
inbox

This issue seems to have disappeared, probably with any ubuntu upgrading
process... I will stay on proving looking for this issue...
but it has probably disappeared, keyring manager behaved correctly last
time...(not proved again since I posted this bug until this morning)
If it fails again,
