Using latest 32-bit Ubuntu 10.10, this still causes eog and even GIMP to
consume massive amounts of memory, the system becomes completely
unresponsive and at some time just freezes. Hard reboot is required
after this. The only program capable of opening this file from Draw
seems to be Inkscape.
Still not working on multiple machines. Sometimes it doesn't even open
the CD in dolphin.

Same problem here. Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx, i386 on a desktop computer.
Even when manually ejected when prompted, Brasero doesn't notices this.
Because of this bug verifying CD/DVD is impossible!
