You don't understand. The time zone I am allowed to choose is Rainy River. That's fine for the time. But the longitude and latitude for my location I chose by hand. Yet I am not allowed to choose from where I get the weather information. The weather applet just appeared after I updated the system

I updated my PC with sudo apt-get update then upgraded. Then an addition the to the time in the upper right of the default GNOME desktop showed up which specified the weather . . . sky conditions (sunny/cloudy/etc.) and the temperature. This weather data was incorrect. I clocked on the time applet
