After getting this error, my desktop looked like an odd mix of Unity and
KDE...I logged out and logged back in, and things seem to have resolved,
so possibly just a one time upgrade issue. Given this error is reported
a bazillion times and this wasn't a serious issue, I'm closing this bug.
