We are running an Ubuntu server at Rackspace with files supplied from an
office of PC/Mac users of no great sophistication. Samba was the way to
go until this bug hit us, and completely stopped us using Samba. We have
resorted to Dropbox (!) to get files uploaded to the server. I don't

Not really sure where to comment on this as so many duplicates and all
marked fixed. Didn't have this bug with 10.10 but have it now in
11.04. Gnome Classic. Double click on the date in the calendar and it
opens evolution up one day earlier. gnome-panel version is at

Can anyone confirm whether or not this is an issue in Natty?
In Natty using gnome I no longer have any tasks or appointments show up
when I click on the clock applet. Totally sucks. When you double click
on a date in the clock applet calendar it also opens up evolution on the

However, brasero will not copy disk and returns missing lib files.
Have removed and re-installed brasero with no success but the error message

Add or Edit Contact brings up dialog but only the information entered on
the first tab is saved. Entering addresses or birthdays should be saved
when the Add button is pressed. I have tried with a

I am not able to scroll down in Lucids GNOME main menu. Not with the
arrow keys, not with mouse(wheel) or touchpad. If i try to scroll down a
menu, it always jump back. But i have to scroll down the menu because my
screen resolution is low

Hello,
i've got a litte problem with the brightness applet in lucid lynx on my
eee pc 1000h. when i click (with mouse or touchpad) the + or -
button or the slider in the applet, nothing happens.
But mousewheel and arrow keys works

Wireless network to connect
Everything froze. Only way out was a hard reboot. This only happens when you
use the keyboarb enter keys, if you use the mouse and screen enter button the
network
How do I fix this error?

The same issue happens when opening the 'Network' and it seems to have
stuffed up my printing abilities too, i cant seem to print to the
Network printer So it seems things like trash:// and network:// and
smb:// urls are crashing it.
