I have the same issue with two computers since I switched to 16.04.
No problem when I was on 15.10 or earlier.

When hovering the links on section names a tooltip appears saying Go to page
X, but when I click on the link it brings to the following page (X+1).

I did some other tests.
It seems to happen a lot more often than what I've described above.
Even windows which are not the last opened one are sometimes being minimized
after being moved. But it doesn't happen after every move (unlike with the last
opened one).

After some test I did find the source of the problem. It's just happen
when the path to the file contain the character [ (but curiously it
works with ], and of course all my cbz on my second disk were in
folders with a […).
I did not find other characters bringing this error.
